What You Should Know about Shipping & Delivery

We provide worldwide shipping. After the order placement, order processing takes 1-3 business days*. If your order has been placed during weekends or public holidays, when the shipping services are unavailable, it will be shipped on the next business day.

This period can take longer due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, weather conditions, etc.), about which you will be notified additionally.  

* Please note that business days are Monday - Friday.

We offer 2 shipping plans: Standard and Fast

  • Standard Shipping (it is free).
  • Fast Shipping (It is free for orders over $20 and costs $4.99 for orders under $20)

Delivery address change

If you need to change your delivery address, you can do it within 24 hours after the order placement. Please contact us at support@iheartmycase.com. Don’t forget to include the order # and new address.
Please note that after 24 hours, no changes are accepted.
