You can ask for a replacement or refund for up to 60 days from the delivery time, no questions asked. Contact us at support@iheartmycase.com. Don’t forget to include the order # and the description of your problem. Please specify if you would like to exchange the item or get a refund. We will process your request within 3 business days and email you with further details.Â
Please note that no refund or replacement will be accepted on day 61 after the delivery package has been received.
