Return policy

Customers’ satisfaction is our inspiration. But we realize you can be unhappy with your accessory for some reason, so we are still here to help you.  

You can ask for a replacement or refund for up to 60 days from the delivery time, no questions asked. Contact us at support@iheartmycase.com. Don’t forget to include the order # and the description of your problem. Please specify if you would like to exchange the item or get a refund. We will process your request within 3 business days and email you with further details. 

Please note that no refund or replacement will be accepted on day 61 after the delivery package has been received.

Also, if you need to change your delivery address, you can do it within 24 hours after the order placement. Please contact us at support@iheartmycase.com. Don’t forget to include the order # and new address.
