You have got 60 days to get a full refund or a replacement starting from the delivery date. 


Case covers, made of silicone, hard plastic, carbon fiber, and metal are dust-proof and washable. Mix water and soft detergents in a bowl, then place the case cover and let it soak for a few minutes. To remove stains, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush. For very stubborn stains, add some baking soda. Then rinse the case cover in cold water and dry it with a microfiber cloth. Before placing the case cover back onto your gadget, let it air dry for about an hour to ensure there is no remaining moisture.

Wood case covers have the most delicate surface, so it is important to dust them regularly with a dry microfiber cloth. For tougher grime, mix a small amount of water and a few drops of white vinegar, slightly dampen the cloth and wipe. Then soak up any excess water with a soft dry cloth.

For cleaning leather case covers,  use mild hand soap. Apply the soap onto the cloth and distribute it evenly. Then wipe with a soft damp cloth. Always make sure you are being as gentle as possible when cleaning and drying, rubbing in circular motions. This will ensure you are not stretching the leather.
